Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated Car Blockers to join our team in London. The role involves preventing unauthorized vehicles from entering designated areas and ensuring safety and security on-site. Ideal candidates should be detail-oriented and able to thrive under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and facilitate creative therapy workshops tailored for diverse groups.
  • Monitor and evaluate individual patient outcomes, adjusting therapy as necessary.
  • Provide support and guidance to patients and their families, enhancing their understanding of therapy techniques.
  • Document all therapy activities and patient interactions accurately.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall care planning for patients.
  • Engage in regular supervision and peer discussion to enhance therapeutic strategies.
  • Promote an inclusive environment that fosters participation and creativity.
  • Contribute to community outreach programs to raise awareness of creative therapies.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Creative Arts Therapy, Drama Therapy, or similar.
Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in a therapeutic role;
Technical Skills
  • Knowledge of Therapeutic Approaches
Soft Skills
  • Strong observational capabilities
Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous

  • Experience with specific disabilities: Experience working with individuals with neurological disorders, physical impairments, or mental health conditions.
  • Training in specific creative therapy approaches: Additional certifications or specialized training in art, music, or drama therapies.
