Job Description

We are seeking a Healthcare Compliance Officer to oversee regulatory compliance and quality assurance within our healthcare operations. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of healthcare regulations and a commitment to improving patient care through strict adherence to compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain compliance documentation and records.
• Lead investigations into potential compliance violations and develop corrective action plans.
• Assess the effectiveness of compliance training programs and suggest improvements.
• Support clinical staff in ensuring that all processes comply with healthcare laws.
• Monitor third-party vendors for compliance with contractual obligations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• Master's degree in a relevant field is highly desirable

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a compliance role within healthcare
