Job Description

As an Electrical Drafter, you will create technical drawings and documentation for electrical systems. Collaborating with engineers, you will ensure compliance with industry standards while developing accurate and detailed designs that meet project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Generate technical drawings quickly and efficiently while maintaining high quality.
• Utilize BIM technologies for enhanced design processes.
• Coordinate with other drafting personnel to meet project deadlines.
• Provide insights on emerging technologies in electrical drafting.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate in Electrical Engineering is an advantage

Experience

• Experience with Building Information Modelling (BIM) is an advantage.

Technical Skills

• EPLAN
• SolidWorks Electrical

Soft Skills

• Effective communication
• Problem-solving

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with electrical power distribution systems: Prior experience in designing electrical power distribution networks.
• Membership in a relevant professional association: Being part of organizations like the IET is an advantage.
