Job Description
Join Dynamic Hotels Ltd. as a Hospitality Manager in London! You will lead hotel operations, manage staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while driving profitability.
Responsibilities
Lead daily operations and provide strategic direction to the hotel team.
Ensure exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out.
Conduct staff meetings to communicate goals and expectations.
Analyze guest feedback and implement improvements.
Maintain inventory levels and manage procurement processes.
Develop and manage budgets to meet financial objectives.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to maximise revenue.
Train staff to uphold high standards of cleanliness and service.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
Report operational performance to the General Manager.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
Master's degree is a plus

5+ years of experience in hotel management or hospitality operations
