Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Court, Municipal, and License Clerk to assist in the administration of court cases in our jurisdiction. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing case files, scheduling hearings, and recording court proceedings, all while maintaining the highest levels of accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the preparation of court-related documents and records.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to streamline court processes.
  • Assist the Chief Justice in organising upcoming hearings and protocols.
  • Train new clerks on court procedures and software systems.
  • Monitor compliance with legal deadlines and requirements.

Requirements

Education
  • Associate's degree in Legal Studies or related field is preferred
Experience
  • Experience in legal administrative support is a plus

Advantageous
