We are seeking a dedicated Telecom Project Supervisor to oversee a variety of telecommunications projects in Livingston. The successful candidate will lead project teams, ensure compliance with project timelines, and enhance client satisfaction through effective communication and project management.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage the execution of multiple telecommunications projects simultaneously.
  • Establish clear project goals and communicate them effectively to the team.
  • Evaluate project performance metrics and implement best practices.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans.
  • Actively engage in project budget management, ensuring financial accountability.
  • Coordinate project schedules with all stakeholders to ensure resource availability.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project staff.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and communicate project updates.
  • Cultivate a culture of safety and compliance within project teams.
  • Optimize resource allocation for maximum efficiency.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
  • Project Management Extensive experience managing telecommunications projects.
  • Telecommunications Systems Strong understanding of telecom systems and technologies.
  • Leadership Proven track record of successfully leading project teams.
  • Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prince2 Certification
  • PMI Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • English (Fluent)
Advantageous
  • Knowledge of Emerging Telecom Technologies: Awareness of the latest trends and technologies in telecommunications.
  • Experience in Vendor Management: Proven ability to manage vendor relationships effectively.
