The successful candidate will lead project teams, ensure compliance with project timelines, and enhance client satisfaction through effective communication and project management.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage in project budget management, ensuring financial accountability.
• Coordinate project schedules with all stakeholders to ensure resource availability.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project staff.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and communicate project updates.
• Cultivate a culture of safety and compliance within project teams.
• Optimize resource allocation for maximum efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering or related field
• Postgraduate qualification in Project Management is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of project management experience in telecommunications
