Job Description
As a Corporate Wellness Coordinator, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing health initiatives that promote employee wellness. Your role will include evaluating current wellness programs and proposing enhancements to boost engagement and effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a passion for health promotion and experience in program management.
Responsibilities
- Utilise technology to enhance wellness program delivery and engagement.
- Conduct regular wellness assessments and provide recommendations.
- Facilitate employee feedback sessions to gather insights for program enhancement.
- Ensure programs adhere to legal and ethical standards.
- Organise team-building activities to promote wellness and collaboration.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in employee wellness and health promotion.
- Incorporate mental health resources into wellness programs.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or related field
- Relevant certifications in health and wellness are an asset

- 3+ years of experience in health and wellness program implementation
