Job Description

As a Cigarette Stamper, you will operate specialized machines to imprint tax-paid bands onto cigarette packages, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. This vital role ensures the seamless operation of the production line.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operation of the stamping machines to ensure output meets quality standards.
• Perform minor maintenance and repairs to machinery as needed.
• Collaborate with quality control inspectors to ensure product compliance.
• Document any production issues and report them to the supervisor.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist in inventory management of materials used in stamping.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss operational improvements.
• Train and support new team members in machine operation protocols.
• Ensure that all records are kept updated and accurate.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Training or certification in machine operation preferred

Experience

• Previous experience in machine operation is preferred but not essential.
