Responsibilities
Manage the operation of the stamping machines to ensure output meets quality standards.
Perform minor maintenance and repairs to machinery as needed.
Collaborate with quality control inspectors to ensure product compliance.
Document any production issues and report them to the supervisor.
Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Assist in inventory management of materials used in stamping.
Participate in team meetings to discuss operational improvements.
Train and support new team members in machine operation protocols.
