Responsibilities

• Research and develop new agricultural products and techniques.
• Conduct literature reviews to inform research direction.
• Work closely with environmental scientists to assess sustainability impacts.
• Lead or participate in research projects from inception to completion.
• Engage with external stakeholders to promote research initiatives.
• Evaluate and recommend effective pest control and fertilisation strategies.
• Assist in collecting and analysing soil and crop data.

Requirements

Education

• PhD in relevant field
• Master's degree in Agriculture or Biology preferred

Experience

• More than 3 years of research experience in agriculture
