We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Leeds. The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care and support to patients, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to promote health and wellbeing. Your expertise will be crucial in assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and ensuring the delivery of excellent care.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments.
• Administer treatments, including IV therapy and wound care.
• Educate patients about preventive healthcare and disease management.
• Collaborate closely with doctors and specialists to coordinate care.
• Monitor vital signs and respond to medical emergencies.
• Participate in case conferences and contribute to care discussions.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare policies and procedures.
• Promote a culture of safety and respect within the healthcare team.

Requirements

Education

• Registered Nurse qualification (Diploma or Bachelor's degree)
• Specialisation in Geriatrics or Paediatrics preferred

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a clinical environment

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Mental Health First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
