Job Description

As a Flight Crew Member, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers during their flights. Your role involves collaboration with other crew members and the pilot, providing exceptional service while adhering to aviation regulations and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Execute all duties in compliance with airline policies and regulations.
• Assist in the management of large groups, such as families and unaccompanied minors.
• Provide feedback to management regarding customer service experiences.
• Continuously update knowledge on safety procedures and airline policies.

Requirements

Education

• Higher Secondary Certificate or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in customer service or hospitality is an advantage
