Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Barista to join our Luton team! Your role will involve preparing and serving a variety of delicious coffees and snacks. You’ll engage with customers, ensure a clean work environment, and keep our customers coming back for more.

Responsibilities

• Prepare beverages, snacks, and food items accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain awareness of current promotions and recommendations.
• Assist with events and community engagements hosted by the café.
• Work as part of a team to uphold high service standards.
• Conduct inventory checks and report low stock.
• Participate in creating a warm and inviting café atmosphere.

Requirements

Education

• Barista Certification is an advantage

Experience

• Experience in a café or bar setting is highly desirable.

• Coffee Brewing Techniques

Languages

• English: Fluent
