Responsibilities

  • Direct all operations related to food and beverage, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

  • Prepare detailed reports on sales and expenses, providing insights to senior management.
  • Ensure a safe and enjoyable dining experience through effective staff training.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns, mitigating issues effectively.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain consistency and quality of dishes.
  • Lead initiatives for staff development and retention.
  • Explore new trends in food and beverage to enhance guest experience.
  • Perform regular inspections of dining facilities to ensure all are well maintained.
  • Coordinate with event planners for special functions and catering events.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Relevant certifications in food safety or management are an advantage.
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in food and beverage management roles.
