Job Description

As an Advertising Sales Agent, you will manage and lease properties for commercial use, connecting potential tenants with available spaces. You will negotiate leases, conduct property tours, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the leasing process.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective leasing strategies
  • Provide excellent customer service and address tenants' queries promptly
  • Create and maintain detailed records of leasing activities
  • Assist in the training of new sales agents and staff
  • Build and sustain relationships with local businesses and stakeholders
  • Evaluate tenant applications and verify references
  • Represent the company at promotional events and networking opportunities
  • Regularly report on leasing performance to management
  • Ensure all marketing materials are up to date and compliant
  • Assist with property staging and presentation for tours

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or Business Administration
  • Additional qualifications in sales or marketing are advantageous

  • Proven track record of successful lease negotiations
