• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is preferred
• CRM Software Experience with customer relationship management tools.
• Microsoft Office Suite Skilled in using Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving Able to handle challenging situations with ease.
• Customer Focused Passionate about providing excellent customer service.
• English (Fluent)

• Bilingual skills: Ability to communicate in more than one language is a plus.
