• Certificate in Kitchen and Food Preparation
• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management (preferred)
• Excellent knife skills Capable of performing precise cutting techniques with efficiency.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations Understanding of hygiene practices and food safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail Highly observant and meticulous in food presentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Adaptable and quick in a busy kitchen setting.

• Experience in a similar food preparation role: Prior work in a kitchen or restaurant environment.
• Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays: Willingness to adapt to changing shifts and busy periods.
