In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and assembling a variety of salads according to our standards, ensuring high quality and presentation. Responsibilities

• Create and serve a variety of salads, ensuring all dishes meet quality standards.
• Help keep the kitchen clean and organized, adhering to health standards.
• Actively participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for menu improvements.
• Assist in the training of new kitchen staff as required.
• Manage ingredient inventory and report low stock levels.
• Engage with customers, providing recommendations for salad choices.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate in Food Hygiene

Experience

• Previous experience in food preparation or a similar role is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Basic cooking skills
• Time management

Soft Skills

• Good communication skills
• Customer service orientation

• Experience in a similar food preparation role: Prior work in a kitchen or restaurant environment.
