• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or related field
• Master's degree is a plus
• Grant Writing Proven track record in writing successful grant proposals.
• Research Strong ability to identify and analyse grant opportunities.
• Project Management Experience in managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Communication Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Team Collaboration Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Attention to Detail Meticulous approach to writing and documentation.
• English (Fluent)

• Experience in non-profit sector: Prior experience working with non-profits is preferred.
• Public Speaking Skills: Ability to present proposals and speak at community events.
