Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Dental Clinic Supervisor to lead our team in Slough. You will be responsible for overseeing clinic operations, ensuring compliance with health regulations, and enhancing the quality of patient care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operational aspects of the dental clinic.
• Ensure best practices in patient care and services.
• Work closely with the Practice Manager on strategic planning.
• Support staff during challenging situations and provide guidance.
• Encourage and implement new treatment methods and technologies.
• Create and maintain a safe and welcoming environment for patients.
• Develop clinic marketing strategies to attract new patients.
• Ensure all staff adhere to infection control protocols.
• Assist in financial planning and budgeting for the clinic.
• Regularly gather and review patient feedback for service improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Dentistry
• Specialist qualification in Dental Hygiene is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in dental clinics with supervisory experience
