Responsibilities
Assess and document patients’ needs, creating detailed and tailored treatment plans.
Deliver targeted interventions that improve patient independence in daily activities.
Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and modify as required.
Work collaboratively with both the therapy team and other healthcare providers.
Foster supportive relationships with patients to motivate and encourage their progress.
Provide education and training to patients on therapeutic exercises and routines.
Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations relevant to therapy practices.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
Additional certifications in relevant therapy fields are advantageous
Experience
3+ years of experience in a clinical setting
