Job Description

We are seeking Forest and Conservation Workers to join our dedicated team at EcoTree Services. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and trimming trees in both urban and rural settings, focusing on the health and aesthetics of our green spaces.

Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed assessments of tree conditions and develop care strategies.
  • Engage with clients to discuss their specific tree care needs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all operations.
  • Assist in training new team members on safe and effective tree care techniques.
  • Document all work performed and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in community outreach programs to promote tree preservation.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest horticultural practices and techniques.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Further education in forestry or environmental science is an advantage
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a related field

  • Chainsaw Operation

Languages
  • English: Fluent
