Job Description

We are seeking skilled Textile Cutting Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to accurately cut materials according to specified dimensions. Ideal candidates will have experience in operating cutting machinery and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow production schedules to meet delivery deadlines.
• Utilize various cutting methods to ensure precision.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform adjustments as needed.
• Document performance and report any quality issues to supervisors.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to streamline workflow.
• Monitor material quantities and notify management of shortages.
• Train new operators on machinery and safety procedures.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous, but on-the-job training is also provided.
