Job Description

Responsibilities

• Process loan applications, ensuring all documentation is correctly filled out.
• Conduct thorough credit assessments to determine applicant eligibility.
• Draft and manage loan contracts and related legal documentation.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to facilitate loan disbursement.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the loan process.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Additional certifications in finance or related field is advantageous

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in loan administration or a related role

Technical Skills

• Attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of loan management software

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
