Job Description

As a Grounds Caretaker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the aesthetic and functional qualities of various outdoor spaces. Your responsibilities will include routine maintenance and care for parks, gardens, and sports fields.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and care for all outdoor areas, including parks and gardens.
• Conduct regular inspections of grounds and report any issues.
• Coordinate with team members on seasonal planting and maintenance.
• Monitor plant health and adjust care routines as necessary.
• Train and supervise new staff on grounds maintenance best practices.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in landscaping or related field is a plus

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance
