As a Molder, Shaper, and Caster, you will operate roller machinery to compact soil, asphalt, and other materials. Your role is critical to ensuring project specifications are met while adhering to safety regulations.
Responsibilities
Set up and operate various types of roller machinery as per project requirements.
Provide training to new operators on safety and machine operation.
Document all machine usage and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Assist in troubleshooting machinery issues and implementing fixes.
Ensure cleanliness and organization in the work area.
Requirements
Education
Valid roller operator license/certification
Experience
Minimum of 2 years' experience operating rollers in a construction environment
Technical Skills
Understanding of roller machinery operations
Ability to read and interpret construction plans

Advantageous
Experience operating different types of rollers (e.g., smooth drum, pneumatic): Hands-on experience with various roller types utilized in construction.
