Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Production Control Officer to oversee and enhance our production processes in Nottingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal workflow, managing production schedules, and efficiently utilising resources to meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate production processes and implement enhancements for optimisation.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the manufacturing environment.
• Train and mentor production staff on best practices and safety measures.
• Utilise ERP software to track production progress and resource allocation.
• Participate in production meetings to strategise for future projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in production planning or control roles
