This role requires a creative individual with a knack for organisation who will be responsible for managing all aspects of event planning, from conception to execution. The ideal candidate should be able to work collaboratively with clients and vendors to create unique and unforgettable events.

Responsibilities

• Design bespoke event proposals that align with client visions and budgets.
• Conduct detailed research on venues and supplier quality.
• Develop and maintain budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met.
• Leverage creativity to develop unique event themes and concepts.
• Mentor and guide junior planners and support staff on event execution.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all events.
• Evaluate event outcomes and identify areas for future improvement.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a similar event role
