As a Ripening Room Hand, you will play a vital role in ensuring that all produce is ripe and ready for sale. This position requires a keen eye for detail and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Ensure all procedures are followed to maintain hygiene and safety standards.
Monitor the shelf life and quality of produce during the ripening process.
Report any issues or concerns related to produce quality directly to the supervisor.
Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals.
Support other team members as needed in a collaborative environment.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
No previous experience required, but experience in food production is advantageous.
