Responsibilities

  • Oversee everyday hotel functions and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Direct, mentor, and develop the management team.
  • Monitor and control operating costs and revenues.
  • Implement marketing strategies to attract new guests.
  • Use guest satisfaction surveys to refine services.
  • Ensure all staff adhere to hotel policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of management experience in the hospitality sector
