Job Description

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to join our team in Leicester. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing our online sales strategy, managing our e-commerce platform, and enhancing customer engagement through innovative marketing tactics.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute strategies to maximise online sales and revenue.
• Manage website updates and ensure all content is current and engaging.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize marketing campaigns and site layout.
• Work with external partners to enhance product offerings.
• Drive initiatives to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
• Prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
• Lead in-market research to identify trends and competitor strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing
