Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Administrator to manage our healthcare facility's administrative functions. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operations of our facility, focusing on patient care, staff coordination, and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the administrative staff and facilitate training.
• Maintain and update healthcare documentation and reports.
• Communicate with external stakeholders, including suppliers and regulatory bodies.
• Develop and implement strategic operational plans.
• Monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to healthcare standards.
• Manage inventory and procurement of medical supplies.
• Lead projects to improve patient experience and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years experience in healthcare administration or a similar role
