Job Description

We are looking for a Help Desk Analyst to provide top-notch technical assistance to our internal staff. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a solid grounding in computer systems, enabling them to effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to support requests and inquiries from internal staff.
  • Diagnose and fix hardware and software issues effectively.
  • Assist with the installation and configuration of IT equipment.
  • Manage and create user accounts in Active Directory.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and updates for IT systems.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
  • Document and escalate complex issues to senior IT staff.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Additional IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+) are advantageous
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in a technical support/help desk role
