Job Description

We are seeking a talented Pastry Chef Coordinator to lead our pastry team in Harlow. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in pastry creation and a passion for crafting delightful desserts that impress our clients. You will be responsible for menu development, overseeing production, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Responsibilities

  • Design and craft pastries, including cakes, pastries, and confections.
  • Manage the pastry team's workflow to achieve service deadlines.
  • Perform regular stock checks and assist with budgeting for the pastry section.
  • Engage with clients to understand their dessert preferences.
  • Promote a creative and positive working environment within the kitchen.

Requirements

Education
  • Culinary Arts diploma
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role in pastry.
