Job Description

As a Legal Counsel, you will manage various legal matters including contracts, compliance, and litigation. The successful candidate will have a track record of providing strategic legal advice to support business operations.

Responsibilities

  • Advise on corporate governance and regulatory compliance issues.
  • Negotiate and draft key contracts with suppliers and partners.
  • Manage disputes and liaise with external legal advisors as needed.
  • Prepare legal opinions and reports for senior management.
  • Stay updated on legal developments and their implications for the business.
  • Support HR in employment law matters and related disputes.
  • Provide input on policy development and company procedures.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure legal compliance in operations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
  • Master's degree in Law or equivalent is preferable
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a legal counsel role or similar position
