Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Roller Operator to join our team. The Roller Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining heavy construction machinery, specifically a roller, to ensure proper compaction of soil, asphalt, and other materials on various construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate winding, twisting, and drawing out machines for textile production.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
• Maintain accurate records of production data, machine settings, and maintenance performed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues that may arise during operation.
• Work closely with supervisors to optimize production processes and minimize downtime.
• Follow all relevant company policies and procedures regarding machinery use and safety.
• Assist with inventory management of raw materials and textiles.
• Keep work area clean and organized to promote a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Relevant technical training

Experience

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred
