Job Description

Join us as a Bridge Gang Worker where you'll support the construction and maintenance of crucial bridge structures. Your contributions will ensure the safety and serviceability of our projects.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations related to bridge projects and maintenance.
• Conduct regular safety checks and maintain a clean work environment.
• Coordinate with engineers and supervisors to execute project plans.
• Help manage the logistics of materials needed for construction.
• Attend training sessions and safety meetings as mandated.
• Report any safety hazards or incidents immediately.
• Engage in manual lifting and transporting of heavy materials safely.
• Assist in the implementation of quality control measures.
• Contribute to the team’s success by maintaining a positive work attitude.
• Participate in project reviews and offer feedback on improvement areas.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant certifications in construction or engineering are advantageous.

Experience

• Experience working on bridge construction or maintenance projects is highly advantageous.

Advantageous

• Experience operating various construction machinery and tools: Familiarity with different types of construction machinery is a plus.
