Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Smelter to join our team. As a Smelter, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining smelting equipment to extract metals from various raw materials. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of smelting techniques and processes, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate paint roller winding machines efficiently.
• Conduct routine checks on machinery and report concerns.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
• Document production activities and quality checks accurately.
• Participate in training and development opportunities.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues.
• Implement best practices in manufacturing to improve output.
• Maintain accurate records of production output and defects.
• Support efforts to reduce waste and improve sustainability practices.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Experience

• Prior experience in a manufacturing role is advantageous but not essential.
