Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead diverse projects from initiation to completion. The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven ability to manage project teams, budgets, and timelines while ensuring quality delivery. You will play a key role in stakeholder communication, risk management, and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Draft and manage project proposals, including budget estimates.
• Ensure quality assurance processes are implemented throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate the definition of project missions, goals, tasks, and resource requirements.
• Create and maintain a project schedule and update as needed.
• Actively manage project changes to ensure compliance with project management standards.
• Lead and mentor project team members, fostering a positive and productive environment.
• Conduct project evaluations and assessment of results.
• Communicate project expectations clearly to team members and stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Project Management or related field
• Relevant certifications such as Agile or Scrum Master are a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in managing complex projects
