Job Description

We are seeking a talented E-commerce Manager to spearhead our online sales initiatives in Nottingham. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, analytics, and e-commerce platforms. You'll drive strategy, oversee operations, and lead a dynamic team to ensure exceptional customer experiences and sales growth.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute e-commerce marketing plans to drive traffic and conversion rates.
  • Ensure the website is user-friendly and optimised for conversions.
  • Conduct regular website audits to improve customer experience.
  • Develop content strategies that align with brand messaging.
  • Analyse sales data to refine strategies and improve sales performance.
  • Collaborate with IT and web development teams for site enhancements.
  • Report on key performance metrics to stakeholders.
  • Create training and onboarding materials for new team members.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
