Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Community Outreach Coordinator to join our team in Liverpool. The successful candidate will develop and implement outreach programs, build relationships with local organisations, and engage with the community to promote our mission. You will play a crucial role in fostering connections and supporting residents through various initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Implement outreach programs designed to engage various demographics within the community.
  • Facilitate regular meetings with groups to discuss community needs and concerns.
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and promotion.
  • Work with local media to promote outreach events and initiatives.
  • Evaluate and report on the success of community programs and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with staff to align outreach efforts with organisational goals.
  • Enhance community visibility through participation in local fairs and festivals.
  • Provide training and support for volunteers and interns involved in outreach.
  • Develop and maintain a database of community contacts and resources.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Non-Profit Management or a related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in community outreach or program development
