Job Description

As a First-Line Supervisor of Production and Operating Workers, you will oversee daily operations in our sulfuric acid production facility. Your leadership will ensure adherence to safety protocols and production efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Direct activities of production operators and other staff members.
  • Monitor and assess the workflow and productivity of the team.
  • Ensure all production targets are met consistently.
  • Facilitate training and development of team members.
  • Promote continuous improvement initiatives for production processes.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to review performance and address concerns.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
  • Professional certifications in process safety or plant operations are desirable
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a chemical production plant
