Job Description
As a First-Line Supervisor of Production and Operating Workers, you will oversee daily operations in our sulfuric acid production facility. Your leadership will ensure adherence to safety protocols and production efficiency.
Responsibilities
Direct activities of production operators and other staff members.
Monitor and assess the workflow and productivity of the team.
Ensure all production targets are met consistently.
Facilitate training and development of team members.
Promote continuous improvement initiatives for production processes.
Participate in regular team meetings to review performance and address concerns.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
Professional certifications in process safety or plant operations are desirable
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a chemical production plant
