Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead various projects at our Brighton office. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong leadership qualities and deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining a high standard of quality. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project success.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects concurrently while aligning with strategic objectives.
  • Use project management software to track deliverables and timelines.
  • Mentor and guide project team members to enhance productivity and skill development.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures throughout projects.
  • Foster a culture of positivity and collaboration within the project team.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management or Engineering
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in leading project teams
