A Bunch Maker, Hand is responsible for creating and arranging floral bouquets by hand. This role requires a keen eye for detail and excellent manual dexterity to produce high-quality and aesthetically pleasing bunches.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and arrange fresh flowers into aesthetically pleasing bunches.
• Ensure each floral arrangement meets company quality standards.
• Collaborate with designers on custom order requirements.
• Efficiently manage time to meet daily production quotas.
• Uphold cleanliness standards in the workspace.
• Track stock levels of floral supplies and report needs.
• Assist in delivering florals to clients when necessary.
