Job Description

We are seeking a competent Warehouse Manager to oversee our operations in Cambridge. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse staff, coordinating logistics, and ensuring efficient inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop warehouse team members.
• Manage stock control and inventory accuracy.
• Streamline warehouse operations for enhanced efficiency.
• Collaborate with suppliers and transport companies.
• Monitor the quality of goods received and dispatched.
• Implement best practices for logistics and storage.
• Conduct regular equipment checks and maintenance.
• Support management in budgeting and cost management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Advanced qualifications in Supply Chain Management are preferred

Experience

• 5-7 years in logistics and warehouse operations

Technical Skills

• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Health and Safety Compliance

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• IOSH Managing Safely

Languages

• English: Fluent
