Urban Design Engineer

Job Description

We are in search of an Urban Design Engineer to develop sustainable urban spaces in Bath. The right candidate will work on a variety of projects, focusing on enhancing the urban landscape, community integration, and environmental sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of urban projects from concept to completion.
• Conduct environmental and impact assessments for proposed designs.
• Provide guidance on sustainable practices and materials in urban development.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate innovative solutions.
• Prepare detailed design presentations for stakeholders.
• Foster relationships with local government and external partners.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Urban Design or related field
• Professional membership in relevant organisations preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of completed projects in urban design

Technical Skills

• Revit
• Project Management Software

Soft Skills

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
