Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Online Educator to join our team in London. The successful candidate will develop and deliver engaging online courses, fostering an interactive learning environment that meets the needs of diverse learners.

Responsibilities

• Design dynamic and impactful online learning modules to cater to a variety of learning styles.
• Engage students through synchronous and asynchronous learning approaches.
• Assess and track student progress using online assessment tools.
• Foster a supportive online classroom environment that encourages student questions and collaboration.
• Implement innovative teaching techniques to enhance learner engagement.
• Work with the IT team to address any online platform issues.
• Contribute to community outreach efforts to promote online education.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education or eLearning
• Master's degree in Educational Technology preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years experience in e-learning or online education

Technical Skills

• Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Video Conferencing Tools

Soft Skills

• Interpersonal Skills
• Problem-solving

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Gamification in Education: Ability to incorporate gamification techniques into online courses.
