Job Description

As a Pharmaceutical Quality Manager, you will lead our quality assurance efforts, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. You will be pivotal in developing quality management systems and fostering a culture of quality within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement quality improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure that quality metrics are met and reported regularly.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for deviations and non-conformances.
  • Facilitate quality training sessions for staff across departments.
  • Collaborate with supply chain and manufacturing to ensure product quality.
  • Review and approve quality documentation and validation protocols.
  • Prepare and present quality reports to senior management.
  • Act as a liaison between quality assurance and other departments.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting the pharmaceutical industry.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related discipline
  • Postgraduate degree is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical quality assurance or control
