Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design process from initial concept through to project completion.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals.
  • Create 3D models and visualisations to communicate design ideas to clients.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Assist in the preparation of tender documents and contracts.
  • Mentor junior architects and interns, providing guidance and support.
  • Attend client meetings to present design proposals and gather feedback.
  • Evaluate project performance and suggest improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years in project management within architecture
Technical Skills
  • AutoCAD
