Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Project Manager to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will lead project planning and execution phases, managing resources effectively while keeping stakeholders informed. Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered to the highest quality.
  • Formulate and implement project strategies ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and employ contingency plans to ensure project success.
  • Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to manage expectations and gather feedback.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Utilise Agile methodologies to manage project workflows effectively.
  • Perform post-project evaluations to assess strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within project management frameworks.
  • Prepare project budgets, forecasts, and expenditure reports.
  • Assist in the implementation of new project management tools and methodologies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • MBA preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in managing complex projects
