Job Description

As a Trainmaster at Leading Railways Ltd., you will oversee train operations within a busy terminal, ensuring safety protocols are followed and coordinating the movements of trains and personnel. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of our operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations in a train yard and ensure safety protocols are adhered to.
• Manage staff schedules and coordinate training sessions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues affecting service.
• Supervise maintenance of track and rolling stock.
• Keep track of delays and communicate effectively with relevant departments.
• Ensure compliance with railway regulations and perform safety audits.
• Provide leadership and guidance to operational staff.
• Set up effective communication systems for operational efficiency.
• Assist in the development of operational policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Transport Management or related field is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in railway operations and supervisory roles.

• Knowledge of Railway Signaling

Certifications

• Professional Railway Operations Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
