Job Description

As a Technical Training Instructor, you will deliver engaging and comprehensive training courses and programs to both employees and external clients. Your role will involve ensuring learners acquire the necessary skills and knowledge through well-structured materials, assessments, and hands-on support. This position requires excellent communication skills, an in-depth technical understanding, and the creativity to design effective learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Training Manager to identify training needs.
• Utilize feedback to improve training content and delivery methods.
• Support the development of e-learning content and resources.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new technologies into courses.
• Network with industry professionals to enhance training relevancy.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant qualification in Instructional Design or similar

Experience

• Experience in creating e-learning courses is a plus

Technical Skills

• Experience with virtual training environments
• Skills in design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite)

Soft Skills

• Adaptability
• Strong problem-solving skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in virtual training environments: Experience in delivering training programmes remotely using video conferencing tools.
• Project management experience: Experience in managing training projects from inception to delivery.
